New Adventures, Matthew Bourne’s award-winning dance-theatre company, is pleased to offer an inclusive workshop for those living with dementia at Norwich Theatre Royal. Get your bodies moving and learn a few movies from Bourne’s double Olivier award-wining production of The Red Shoes that returns to Norwich 18-22 February 2020. The workshop will begin with a gentle warm up and then you will have the chance to creatively explore the movement and enjoy the music of Bernard Hermann from our version of The Red Shoes, which has dazzled audiences across the UK and USA.

Theatre Cares is a participatory programme for people living with dementia and their carers. We provide a safe space for people to have fun through one off activities led by experienced practitioners. All workshops will be very relaxed and set to a leisurely pace with a small number of participants to allow for maximum contact with practitioners.

Personal Assistants eligible for free places at all activities, as with all performances.
